Catalog-photo removal
Request a catalog-photo review
Effective October 15, 2026.
Raise a copyright, privacy, visible personal-information or incorrect-photo concern. You do not need a Wondaar account for an initial request.
Email the monitored support address
Draft a photo-removal review email
Review the draft and send it from your email software. Opening the draft does not send anything or confirm receipt.
No email app opens? Copy admin@wondaar.com into your preferred email service and follow the instructions below.
Include the catalog photo ID/link, or enough item details to locate the photo, a brief reason for review and a reply address.
Keep details minimal. Do not send passwords, reset/recovery codes, identity documents or extra photo attachments.
What happens next
An authorized reviewer locates the particular photo and checks the concern. We may ask for limited information needed to verify relevant facts or rights. A report can help us review visible personal information even if you did not contribute the photo.
Receiving a request does not automatically remove a photo. Support explains the decision and the scope of any action taken. Approved catalog-copy removal preserves unrelated photos and your private inventory originals. Copies already captured by somebody else cannot be recalled.
The released Windows app also offers authenticated requests under Settings → Community sharing → Request catalog photo removal.
Separate choices and requests
An accepted catalog photo is a separately consented copy and can remain after its source item or account is deleted. Turning future contributions off does not automatically remove an accepted copy.
Account deletion, photo-removal review and newsletter unsubscribe are different requests. A review request does not subscribe you to marketing.
